Please remember a few important things to consider when you are booking your gathering at our Venue.
We are not a winery. We are not open to the public. We DO NOT serve or sell any alcoholic beverages.
This is a Private Residence and we allow use of our venue by referral for Private functions only.
Wedding Packages include 9 hours as follows: Access to the venue for set up 4 hours prior to start of your event. 5 hours of use of the venue and its facilities.
Max capacity of venue is 150 guests.
We are available for rent anytime for almost any occasion.
In keeping with our Good Neighbor policy all outdoor activity and music must be off by 10PM.
YOU PROVIDE ALL FOOD, BEER AND WINE
You must have a licensed bartender (no exceptions) .
A 50% Non Refundable Deposit is required to reserve date, remaining balance due 3 months before event.
We reserve the right to refuse, stop or cancel any event at any time at our sole discretion
